Our Ladies That Lift classes place a large emphasis on resistance and weights,whether that’s a body weight exercise or the addition of dumbbells and barbells plus some fat torching ¬†high intensity cardio.

For the most bang for your buck this is a great combo…weights followed by cardio is a great one-two in the –>fight against fat<–.

A previous experience of weigh training is necessary to join this class or graduation from FF Virgin Academy:)
