About FFPRO
FFPRO is the Strength & Conditioning arm of Fitness Freak.
The goal of any session or program with Teams or individualsI s to cover the fundementals requirements of any athlete:
– MOBILITY
– IMBALANCE CORRECTION
– Strength
– POWER
– CONDITIONING
The following is the typical FFPRO model:
- Functional screen – analyse how you move
- Injury prevention – address imbalances
- Mobility – increase range of movement in critical areas
- Strength – make your body a stronger structure
- Power – is built on a strong body structure
- Speed – is a by product of power
- Conditioning – your fitness specific to the demands of your sport
Packages include:
- 1-2-1 Personal Training for individuals. Including Screening and action plan
- Club/team pre-season/ in season/ off season
- Off season mini-groups. Up to six players/athletes per session
Through my own personal sporting background I’ve gained huge experience in the Strength and conditioning field.
I recently graduated with a BA in Strength and Conditioning with Setanta College.(2014)
Other Qualifications include:
- Irish Weightlifting level 1
- Poliquin Level 1 Certification
- Diploma in Personal Training(Premier Global UK)
